| Jobs cancelled less than 48 business hours (Monday–Friday) prior to the scheduled job: two hours at the agreed hourly rate for the scheduled crew, plus completed pull and load time. The same work is not charged twice. Any legally required cancellation or refund right applies. | |

The rates and billing units in this agreement apply to the selected services, together with any applicable accepted estimate or service order. Daily storage rates above apply per piece per day in the applicable classification; recurring invoices summarize the applicable accrued or advance period identified on the invoice. Changes to agreed prices or service scope remain subject to the agreement and applicable estimate and price-change requirements. This agreement does not authorize retroactive price changes or an unspecified rate.
