Get Pricing
Pricing for receiving, storage, and white-glove delivery.
Tell us your firm and what's arriving. Receiving, storage options, optional general condition photos, included damage photos when visible freight damage is found, available in-house repair, and install-day coordination — with online inventory your clients can see. Five fields to start; a coordinator follows up to walk through pricing and next steps.

How pricing works
Pricing fits the work, not a one-size-fits-all package.
View the service rate sheet → Review published service rates, then confirm your selected services, project scope, and any account-specific pricing with the team.
These are the planning details we use for receiving, storage, and crew time. Final pricing is confirmed after we know what is arriving, how long pieces will be held, and what access or install conditions apply.
Receiving
Check-in and inspection
Piece-level receiving and inventory log setup when items arrive. Condition photos are an optional documentation service.
Storage
Held until install day
Storage is quoted to your project scope — by item type, footprint, and how long you store.
Manpower
Crew time by scope
Crew time scales with access, handling requirements, delivery windows, and install support.
Storage: pricing is quoted to your project scope — by item type, footprint, and duration.
Quoted by scope: oversized pieces, special handling, repair, crating, disposal, valuation, delivery, and install coordination.
Request a Quote
Five fields. We follow up with pricing and next steps.
Name, firm, phone, email, and your main service need are enough to start. No portfolio or paperwork required to open the conversation — account details are verified after we connect.
One coordinated team
Receiving, storage, repair, and delivery — tied to one account.
Step one
Receive & Inspect
Every piece is received and logged on arrival, with inspection based on the selected receiving service. Optional condition photos can be added to your account when documentation is selected.
Step two
Store & Repair
Pieces are held in the appropriate warehouse area until the install is ready, with climate-controlled storage available when selected. If freight damage is found, damage photos are included and available in-house repair can be reviewed and scoped before install.
Step three
Deliver & Install
White-glove delivery and install-day coordination with a single point of contact through the install. Your clients track inventory in the Decorator Dashboard along the way.
Ready when you are
One form. One coordinator. One follow-up to set up your account.
The form above is enough to start. If you would rather talk first, the office is open Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM ET.
Specialty guide
Start with the job you need done.
FDWD can start the conversation for moving, receiving, storage, delivery, installation, freight, warehousing, and custom logistics. We have especially deep experience with designer, builder, and commercial FF&E projects. The service sites for Florida's Moving & Storage, Affordable Moving & Storage, and Florida's 3PL provide more detail on common residential and warehouse specialties, but you can stay here and ask FDWD about any logistics job.
Choose the receiving service your project needs
Confirm inspection and documentation before the first shipment.
Inspection follows the receiving service selected for your account or project. The service rate sheet explains white-glove receiving, budget receiving, and separately scoped handling for rugs, crates, and pallets.
- White-glove receiving: unpacking and inspection for freight-related problems or defects, subject to the item and handling scope.
- Budget receiving: cartons are opened for apparent carton damage or missing identifying information; this is not the same unpacking service.
- Photos and storage: visible freight-damage photos are included when damage is found. General condition photos and climate-controlled storage are selected separately; photo staging and handling charges may apply.
