FDWD Requested Information — SMS Privacy Policy

This policy covers the caller-requested texting program operated by FLORIDAS DECORATORS WAREHOUSING & DELIVERY, INC. (FDWD).

For this program, we collect the destination phone number, the information you request, your opt-in or opt-out choice, relevant call-consent records, and message and delivery records. We use these records to send the information you request, honor your preferences, provide support, and maintain reliable delivery and consent records.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share the information needed to operate this program with service providers that process messages, calls, hosting or support for us, including Twilio and mobile carriers. This operational processing does not authorize those providers to use SMS opt-in information for their own marketing.

Texting is optional. You can receive assistance or request an email instead.
