For interior designers
Every piece inspected,
logged, and held
before install day.
Items ship to our 32,000 sq ft facility, where each piece is received, inspected, logged to your account, and held until you are ready to install. Optional photo documentation can be added when selected.
What it covers
The complicated part between the showroom and install day.
You source the pieces; we handle what happens after they ship. Freight arrives at our dock, gets inspected and documented, and is held safely so all items ordered are ready for your install date.
Optional photo documentation · Logged to your account · Storage options available · Visible in the Decorator Dashboard.
How it works
One coordinated path from the loading dock to your client's install day.
Step one
Receive & Inspect
Every piece is received, inspected, and logged on arrival. Damage photos are included when visible freight damage is found; optional general condition photos can be added when selected.
Step two
Log to Your Account
Each item is matched to available PO/order documents and carrier tracking after check-in, then added to your Decorator Dashboard inventory — visible to your account online, anytime.
Step three
Hold & Deliver
Pieces are held in our facility until your install is ready, then delivered white-glove by a single coordinated team.
What is included
Inspection, documentation, storage, and repair options — from one team.
Designer receiving ties inspection, documentation, storage options, and install-day delivery to one coordinator — so you are not chasing several vendors before a busy install.
- Damage photos included when visible freight damage is found.
- Optional per-item condition photos when you want general freight condition documented and on file.
- Purchase-order and carrier tracking tied to each item in the Dashboard.

The Decorator Dashboard
You can view your inventory online, with options for your clients to view if requested.
Items received into your account are logged with tracking, documents, storage invoices, and damage photos when visible freight damage is found. Optional general condition photos can be added when selected, and you can check status online instead of trading calls during a busy install week.
