Why FDWD
We handle receiving, storage, and repair so install day
goes as planned.
Designers and builders choose Florida's Decorators Warehousing & Delivery for the Decorator Dashboard, in-house freight-damage repair, and one coordinated point of contact — from a 32,000 sq ft facility minutes from I-75 & US-41.
What sets us apart
Four reasons designers and builders keep their projects here.
Fine furnishings deserve careful, documented handling. We focus on the things that keep an install on schedule: visibility through the Dashboard, repair handled in-house, one person who owns the project, and a facility built for it.
- Every item tied to a real account record.
- Freight issues reviewed before install day.
- Receiving, repair options, storage, and delivery under one roof.
Technology
The Decorator Dashboard
The Decorator Dashboard is the online account you can check anytime. Every item we receive shows up with available PO/order documents and carrier tracking, storage invoices, damage photos when visible freight damage is found, and optional general condition photos when selected — so your team can stay current without a status call. Client access can be enabled separately when requested.
In-house repair
Freight damage can be addressed here
Our own in-house repair technician can address many freight-damage issues in our facility after review. When repair is approved, pieces do not have to be shipped back out for fixes.
Single point of contact
One coordinator, one project
Receiving, storage, repair, and delivery are coordinated by one team — not handed between vendors — so you have one person who knows exactly where your project stands.
Facility
Built for FF&E, close to you
A 32,000 sq ft facility minutes from I-75 & US-41 in Bonita Springs, with controlled warehouse access and documented receiving workflows, keeps received goods protected and organized between receiving and install across Southwest Florida.
The Decorator Dashboard
Every piece, every status — visible to you and your clients online.
The Decorator Dashboard is an online portal where every item we receive is logged, tied to its PO and carrier tracking, and shown alongside storage invoices. Optional condition photos appear when photo documentation is selected. A "new items since your last login" view keeps your clients current without a status call.
- Damage photos included when visible freight damage is found.
- Optional per-item condition photos when selected.
- PO and carrier tracking tied to each piece.
- Storage-invoice visibility for your account.
- Multi-user delegation — Accounts Payable (AP) gets invoices, your PM gets delivery notices.
How it works
From dock to install, one coordinated team.
Every project moves through the same clear sequence — receive, store, review any repair needs, then deliver. One team coordinates each step, so nothing is handed off to an unknown vendor between your first call and install day.
Receive & Inspect
Every piece is received, inspected, and logged to your account. Optional photo documentation can be added when selected.
