Trade Accounts
One coordinated partner for receiving, storage, repair, and delivery.
Receiving, storage options, optional general condition photos, included damage photos when visible freight damage is found, available in-house repair, and install-day coordination — with account access you can check online. Five fields to start; we verify after we connect.

The Decorator Dashboard
Account visibility — so install day is never a surprise.
Every item received into your account appears in the Decorator Dashboard: carrier tracking, storage and delivery documents, repair status when scoped, and damage photos when visible freight damage is found. Optional general condition photos can be added when selected — in one place you can check, not a status call at 7 AM on install day.
- Damage photos included when visible freight damage is found.
- Optional per-item condition photos when documentation is selected.
- PO and carrier tracking tied to each piece in your project.
- Storage and delivery documents in one account — Accounts Payable (AP) sees invoices, your PM sees delivery notices.
- Available in-house freight-damage repair can be reviewed and scoped before install.
How your account works
Receiving, storage, repair, and delivery — coordinated by one team.
Step one
Receive & inspect
Every piece is received, inspected, and logged to your account in the Decorator Dashboard. Optional photo documentation can be added when selected.
Step two
Store in the right area
Held in the appropriate warehouse area until the install is ready: organized by project, staged in racked or held areas, with climate-controlled storage available when selected.
Step three
Repair in-house
Repairable freight damage can be reviewed by our own in-house repair technician on site. When repair is approved, status is visible in your Dashboard account.
Step four
Deliver & install
White-glove delivery and install-day coordination with a single point of contact from dock to placement. Fla. IM No. 678 (moving services).
Best fit
Built for coordinated trade work.
A trade account is designed for professionals whose projects depend on receiving, holding, and delivering multiple pieces on a coordinated schedule.
- Interior designers sourcing FF&E who need receiving, inspection, and logged inventory before install day.
- Custom-home builders and General Contractors with container freight and FF&E to stage and deliver in one coordinated window.
- Firms whose Accounts Payable team needs invoice access separately from their PM's delivery coordination.
- Designers who want to track item status online without trading status calls.

Five fields. We follow up to set up your account.
Name, firm, phone, email, and your main service need are enough to start. A coordinator follows up within one business day to walk through the account and next steps. No portfolio or paperwork required to open the conversation.
Ready to start
