For builders & GCs
Container to install.
One coordinated team.
We offload containers, check freight according to the selected receiving service, document it, stage FF&E in our 32,000 sq ft facility, and coordinate a single delivery window — with damage photos included when visible freight damage is found and optional general condition photos when selected.
What it covers
The logistics tail of a custom build, handled in one place.
On a large build, FF&E does not arrive when the site is ready for it. We receive and hold freight as it comes in, log it to your account, and can add photo documentation when selected — then coordinate a single, phased delivery window once the build is ready. One coordinator from dock to install, and inventory your team can track from any device.
32,000 sq ft facility in Bonita Springs · Minutes from I-75 & US-41.
How it works
Three stages from container to completed install.
Stage one
Offload & Inspect
Containers are offloaded and pieces are logged to your account, with inspection based on the selected receiving service. Optional condition photos can be added when selected.
Stage two
FF&E Staging
Pieces are organized by lot or room in our 32,000 sq ft facility until the site is ready. If freight damage is found, in-house repair can be scoped.
Stage three
Delivery & Install
We schedule phased delivery windows with your PM — one coordinated point of contact from the dock through install day.
Inventory visibility
Every piece we receive shows up in the Decorator Dashboard.
Items received into your account are logged with carrier tracking, available purchase-order records, and damage photos when visible freight damage is found. Optional general condition photos can be added when selected — so your PM can check status online instead of calling the warehouse during a busy build phase.
- Damage photos included when visible freight damage is found.
- Optional per-item condition photos when selected.
- PO and carrier tracking tied to each lot.
- Coordinated delivery window confirmed with your PM.
- Storage and project documents held in one account.
Best fit
Built for custom builds with real FF&E packages.
Builder receiving makes the most sense when a project is carrying container freight, multiple vendor shipments, or an FF&E package that needs to be staged before the site is ready for install. One coordinator handles offload, documentation, staging, available repair options, and delivery.
