When carrier damage is found, we assist with the freight claim and provide the documentation you need to process it successfully.
Storage between receiving and install
Received pieces are held in our 32,000 sq ft Bonita Springs facility, with a climate-controlled unit (limited availability, quoted) for pieces that need it, until your Estero install date is confirmed.

Trade accounts follow every received item — documents, tracking, and damage photos when visible freight damage is found — in the Decorator Dashboard.
