Information We Collect

Contact and project details needed to respond.

Name, firm or company, email, phone number, and your primary service need.
Project notes such as items expected, receiving and storage timing, delivery windows, and any building or access details.
Purchase-order, carrier, document, or COI references and coordination details needed to set up your account or service.
Referral and campaign details such as page URL, referrer, and ad click parameters when available.
Analytics, cookie, pixel, call-click, and call-tracking activity when those tools are active.

How It Is Used

To respond, follow up, and set up the right account.

Review your request for designer receiving, builder receiving, white-glove delivery, storage, or project freight.
Route the request to the right coordinator and confirm the details needed to open a trade account.
Follow up by phone or email about the request.
Coordinate receiving, storage, available in-house repair, and install-day delivery through Florida's Decorators Warehousing & Delivery.
Measure which pages, ads, calls, and forms are helping firms reach the office.

What We Do Not Do

Submitted request data is used for service response, not resale.

We do not sell submitted contact information.
We do not sell requests. Information is used by Florida's Decorators Warehousing & Delivery, Inc. staff and only by service providers needed to respond to or complete your requested service.

These terms apply from the moment you submit a request until a written estimate or service agreement is in place.

Rates and availability Final pricing depends on the items, services, labor, building access, timing, storage duration, and the handling level needed.

Account verification Opening a trade account starts the conversation; account details are reviewed and verified after we connect. No portfolio or paperwork is required to reach out.

Special handling Oversized pieces, difficult access, after-hours work, packing, and unusual placement needs may require a project-specific quote.

Valuation and liability Submitting a request does not select valuation coverage or create a binding estimate. Household-goods liability, valuation options, and any limits are reviewed in the written estimate or contract before service is accepted.

Scheduling Receiving, storage, delivery, and install windows are confirmed based on current availability at the time of booking.
