Account Visibility
Every piece logged to your account — tracking, documents, invoices, and optional photos online.
Items received into your account are logged with available PO/order documents, carrier tracking, storage invoices, and damage photos when visible freight damage is found. Optional general condition photos can be added when selected, so you can check project status online without a phone call. Client access can be added separately when requested.

What You Can See
Inventory, optional photos, documents, and invoices — in one place.
The Dashboard is built for the way designers and builders actually work: know what arrived, see its condition, find the paperwork, and check the invoice without a phone call.
Inventory
Know what arrived
A running list of every item we receive for your project, with a "new since your last login" view so nothing slips past you or your team.
Condition Photos
See its condition
When photo documentation is selected, per-item condition photos are added to the account so freight condition can be reviewed before install.
Documents
Find the paperwork
Purchase orders, carrier tracking, and delivery tickets tied to each item, where your team can pull them anytime from any device.
How It Works
From receipt to invoice, every step is in view.
The Dashboard mirrors what happens in the warehouse — so you always know where a project stands, without a status call. Client access can be added separately when requested.
-
Item arrives
We receive and inspect each piece, log it to your account, and note freight exceptions. Optional condition photos can be added when selected.
-
Logged to your account
The item appears in the Dashboard with available PO/order documents, carrier tracking, status label, damage photos when visible freight damage is found, and optional general condition photos when selected — usually the same day.
-
You stay in the loop
Documents, delivery notices, and storage invoices are all in one online view. Your billing users see invoices; your PM sees delivery updates.
-
Deliver & close out
White-glove delivery and install-day coordination close out the item. The delivery ticket stays in your account. Fla. IM No. 678.
Account visibility, online & anytime

Account Roles
Your firm, your billing team, and optional client users — each sees what they need.
The Dashboard supports multiple user roles per account, so the right information reaches the right person without exposing your firm's pricing or sensitive account details to a client.
-
Primary account (designer or General Contractor)
Full view — inventory, optional photos, documents, delivery notices, and invoices.
-
Billing user (Accounts Payable team)
Storage and receiving invoices — without delivery details or item-level photos unless those are selected for the account.
-
Optional client access
Project-level access can be enabled when requested, while pricing, invoices, and sensitive account details stay with your firm.
