Secured Storage
Southwest Florida advertising material storage,
off your floor and ready when you need it.
Booklets, brochures, catalogs, banner ads, and company uniforms take up real room at your building. Florida's Decorators Warehousing & Delivery stores your promotional and advertising materials in secured vaults or on ambient racks at our 32,000 sq ft Bonita Springs facility.
What we store
Extra space for the materials your marketing runs on.
Many companies need additional room for their promotional and advertising materials. Think of the booklets, brochures, catalogs, banner ads, and company uniforms taking up space at your building right now. We hold them at our facility instead — protected, organized, and ready to pull when a campaign or event comes up.
Printed collateral
Booklets, brochures, catalogs
Cartons of print work stay palletized and labeled on our racks, so a reorder does not end up stacked in a conference room or a back hallway.
Signage & display
Banner ads, printed displays
Banner ads and printed display materials are kept flat, upright, or crated as the piece requires, so they are usable the next time they go out.
Uniforms & promo items
Company uniforms, giveaways
Company uniforms and other promotional items are stored by carton so your team can draw down a size run or an event kit without hunting for it.
How it works
Received and logged on arrival — then held in racked or vaulted storage.
From the moment your materials are delivered to our facility, they follow the same documented process as everything else we receive. Nothing gets set down in a corner and forgotten.
Delivered to our dock
Your print run, signage, or uniform order ships straight to our Bonita Springs facility, so it never has to land at your office first.
Checked at receiving
Our crew checks your items as they come in, according to the receiving service you select, so a problem can be caught at the dock instead of the morning you need the materials.
Stored racked or vaulted
Items go into our racked or vaulted storage system, kept together and labeled so your inventory stays organized between uses.
Ready when you need it
Tell us what a campaign or event calls for and we pull it from storage — with coordinated delivery available across Southwest Florida.
Storage options
Protection from harsh Florida weather — at the level your materials need.
Paper curls, ink fades, and fabric takes on humidity. Most materials store well in secured vaults or on ambient racks inside the warehouse. For sensitive stock, a climate-controlled unit (limited availability, quoted) can be reviewed, so you pay for the protection each item actually calls for.
Racked storage
Palletized and shelved
Cartons and pallets on warehouse racking — the practical choice for print runs and bulk promotional stock you draw from regularly.
Vaulted storage
Enclosed wooden vaults
Contents stay contained in their own vault, which suits uniforms, event kits, and display pieces that sit between uses.
Climate-controlled unit
For heat- and humidity-sensitive stock
A climate-controlled unit (limited availability, quoted) for photo-quality print, coated stock, and fabric goods.
Ambient racks
For durable, boxed goods
Ambient racks inside the warehouse cover sturdier inventory that does not need climate control, and keep the storage line on your estimate lower.
Not sure which fits? Tell us what you are storing and roughly how much of it there is — a coordinator will recommend the unit type and quote it.

Before we build your quote
Label stored materials for the next campaign or release.
Clear item and batch information helps define warehouse handling without assuming that every material has the same storage needs.
- Describe the cartons, pallets, crates or loose items, including dimensions and packaging condition where available.
- Label groups by the campaign, location or job reference you use, and identify any pieces that must remain together.
- Provide the expected storage interval and any material-specific conditions that need review.
- List planned release quantities and dates, the person authorizing them and whether pickup or delivery coordination is requested.
